🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

At 31:10 Jewelry, we hope you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery

To begin a return or exchange, email us at Shop3110Jewelry@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • Your reason for the return

We’ll provide next steps and the return shipping address.

🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your return.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing store credit.
